These hand forged knives mimic the shape and function of the Ulu, a knife the northern indigenous Yup’ik, Inuit and Aleut utilize in every day life, both historically and presently. The knives are named after three of the artist favorite places North Country. These ulu's are multi-purpose kitchen knives, cutting cheese, herbs, veggies, pizza, and much more! Each piece is stamped on the back with the artist’s signature touch-mark, the mountain goat, comes with a stand, and is finished with an environmentally friendly clear coat. Hand wash and oil the edge with food safe oil after cleaning to prevent rust. Specify Lutak, Yukon or Chilkat from the drop down menu when your order!
